Nose pads help center the eyewear and distribute pressure across the bridge. Replace them when they are worn, damaged or no longer secure, using parts made for your exact USWING frame.
Before you begin
- Confirm the replacement pad shape, side and attachment style.
- Place the eyewear on a clean microfiber cloth in a bright workspace.
- Hold the frame at the bridge or nose-pad arm, never by pressing against the lens.
Replacement sequence
- Study the attachment shown in the video and compare it with your frame before applying pressure.
- Support the nose-pad arm close to its base, then release the old pad using the movement appropriate to that attachment.
- Clean the contact area with a dry microfiber cloth and inspect the arm for damage.
- Orient the new pad to match the other side and seat it gently until it is secure.
- Check that both pads are even, then try the eyewear on and confirm that it sits level.
Nose-pad systems differ by model. If the attachment does not match the guide, a part will not seat easily or the pad arm is bent, stop and contact USWING support.
