Temple tips are the contact pieces at the ends of the arms. Replacing a worn or damaged pair can restore grip and comfort, but the replacement must match your USWING model and be installed without twisting the frame.
Before you begin
- Confirm that the replacement tips are compatible with your exact frame.
- Work over a clean microfiber cloth so the lenses and small parts are protected.
- Keep heat, sharp tools and household lubricants away from the frame.
Replacement sequence
- Hold the temple arm close to the existing tip so force is not transferred through the hinge.
- Following the direction shown in the video, ease the old tip off with steady, controlled pressure. Do not bend or sharply twist the arm.
- Check the exposed end for damage and wipe it clean with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Match the orientation of the new tip to the other side, then press it on straight and gradually.
- Compare both sides and try the eyewear on. The tips should sit evenly without creating a pressure point.
If the tip does not move with gentle pressure or your model uses a different attachment, stop and contact USWING support.
