How much does shipping cost, and when will my order arrive?

Every order includes free Australia-wide Express Shipping via Australia Post Express Post. Standard, non-prescription orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after successful payment. Custom prescription production and estimated dispatch time are confirmed by email before production starts. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Delivery time is measured from dispatch and depends on the origin, destination and Australia Post service conditions. Next-business-day delivery is available only on eligible Express Post routes and is not a promise for every address. Can I return or exchange my sunglasses?

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused and resalable, with original tags, protective lens stickers, case, packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards, final sale and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Contact info@uswing.com.au before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. USWING covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Approved change-of-mind refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; original shipping charges are non-refundable for these returns. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.

Can I return a custom prescription pair or change my prescription?

Custom prescription sunglasses are included in the 14-day change-of-mind return and exchange policy from delivery. Custom-made prescription lenses do not disqualify the item because they cannot be resold; the unworn, unused and undamaged condition, complete tags, packaging and accessories, proof of purchase and return-shipping requirements still apply.

Email info@uswing.com.au to provide your prescription and confirm available combinations, production time and any extra cost before production. Prescription strength cannot be changed once production starts. This does not remove your return or exchange eligibility after delivery or your Australian Consumer Law rights.

What if my order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Contact info@uswing.com.au as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. USWING will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Reasonable return shipping costs are covered for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

What does the warranty cover?

USWING sunglasses have a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal use. Normal wear, use or impact damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, non-genuine parts or lenses, and purchases from unauthorised resellers are excluded from this voluntary warranty.

For a claim, contact info@uswing.com.au with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. Please wait for return instructions. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the assessment. USWING bears reasonable costs of valid warranty claims. See the Warranty Policy for full terms. This warranty is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights.
