USWING sunglasses have a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal use. Normal wear, use or impact damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, non-genuine parts or lenses, and purchases from unauthorised resellers are excluded from this voluntary warranty.
For a claim, contact info@uswing.com.au with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. Please wait for return instructions. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the assessment. USWING bears reasonable costs of valid warranty claims. See the Warranty Policy for full terms. Start by gently brushing off any loose dirt, dust, or particles from the lenses and frames. This prevents abrasive particles from scratching the lenses during the cleaning process.
Rinse if Necessary:
If your sunglasses are covered in salt, sand, or sticky residues, give them a quick rinse under lukewarm, running water. Avoid hot water, as it can damage lens coatings and frames.
Apply Lens Cleaning Solution:
Put a small amount of lens cleaning solution on your microfiber cloth. If you don't have a specialized solution, a mixture of mild soap and water (diluted) works well. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage lens coatings.
Wipe Gently:
Using the damp microfiber cloth, gently wipe the lenses and frames, moving in a circular motion from the center toward the edges. Avoid pressing too hard, as excessive pressure can cause scratches.
Dry and Polish:
After cleaning, use a dry section of the microfiber cloth to polish the lenses until they are completely dry and streak-free. Continue to use gentle, circular motions.
Maintain Proper Storage:
When not in use, store your Uswing sunglasses in a protective case to shield them from dust, dirt, and potential damage. Avoid placing them face-down, as this can scratch the lenses.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused and resalable, with original tags, protective lens stickers, case, packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards, final sale and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Exchanges are subject to availability.
